Who is DBT Travel Concierge?

DBT Travel Concierge is operated under Diva's B Trippin' LLC.

We are a full-service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups.  

Is DBT Travel Concierge a certified and licensed Company?

Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

What are your hours?

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@divasbtrippin.com.

What Payments do you Accept?

DBT Curated  Groups and Private  Curated Packages:  We accept online payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. 


FIT Packages:  We accept credit card authorization forms.

Do you provide Refunds?

DBT Curated Groups and Private Curated Groups:  No, unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds nor do we transfer money.  This is because Diva's B Trippin' dba DBT Travel Concierge has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Each client is required to accept our Terms and conditions before reservation is accepted.  To protect your investment, each and every client is encourage to purchase travel insurance.


FIT Packages:  Refunds are based on the terms conditions of the supplier which you booked with.  There will be a cancellation fee of $35 due to the agency . To protect your investment, each and every client is encourage to purchase travel insurance. 

Do I make a payment every Month? - To be updated

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

What happens if I make payments, but my roomate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
